FULL ITINERARY:

Day 1:

    Arrive in Maun, Botswana. Explore the city and get settled into your accommodation.

Day 2:

    Take an early morning flight to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. Enjoy a full day safari and spot lions, cheetahs, and other wildlife.

Day 3:

    Begin your journey along the Chobe River. Stop at Elephant Sands, a watering hole where elephants often come to drink.

Day 4:

    Continue your journey along the Chobe River and explore the Caprivi Strip. Look out for some of Africa’s most iconic species such as elephants, buffalos, and hippos.

Day 5:

    Make a stop at Savuti Marsh, one of Botswana’s most beautiful wetlands. Look out for an array of birds such as African skimmers, red-billed teals, and black-winged stilts.

Day 6:

    Visit Linyanti Marsh, home to some of Africa’s largest concentrations of wildlife. Spot elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and more!

Day 7:

    Visit Kasane Forest Reserve for some incredible bird-watching opportunities. Look out for species such as wattled cranes, African fish eagles, and more!

Day 8:

    Take a boat cruise along Chobe River and spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and more!

Day 9:

    Take a guided tour of Chobe National Park. Look out for buffalo herds, lions, leopards, wild dogs, and more!

Day 10:

    Depart from Maun and head back home.
