FULL ITINERARY:

Day 1:

Start your trip off with a visit to Crissy Field, a popular beach for local pups. Take a stroll along the waterfront, and then head over to Fort Funston Dog Park for some off-leash fun. Afterward, refuel with lunch at the Barking Dog, a pet-friendly restaurant that serves up delicious hot dogs and burgers. In the evening, take your pup for a walk through Golden Gate Park and then grab dinner at Off the Grid, an outdoor food truck market that allows dogs.

Day 2:

Head over to Pier 39, where you can watch the sea lions play while your pup takes in all of the sights. Then, take a ferry ride over to Angel Island State Park for some hiking and exploring.
